You are creating your life.
You create it every minute of every day with your thoughts, actions, behaviors, and choices. So why not start creating a life you love? What would it take for you to choose living? Living to me (from my point of view) is when you consciously choose what you will be having each day. You choose who you spend your time with, what you spend your time doing, how you decide to feel and how you spend your money. But wait you might say... I have bills to pay, a job to go to, and family members. I have obligations, I have duties and responsibilities. You do. But what would it take for you to see that you made choices and continue to make new choices each day? Not loving your life? Make different choices; And whether you are transitioning from day job to dream livelihood or from couple to single know you are making a choice. Move from a place of choiceless victim to Empowered Co-Creator of Your Universe How? Start by consciously knowing you are making a choice. When you function from the energy of obligation (instead of choice) life can be, well, kind of sucky and a bit of drudgery. Have a little talk with yourself and say, "Yep, I could choose to skip my job today I really could. But instead, I choose to go to work and get paid." The power of making a conscious choice is then yours. When you come from choice, it frees up a bunch of locked up, locked down energy in your body and in your life. Action Step: Notice where you feel like you have to do something and remind yourself only you decide. Now take action knowing that you are deciding. Even if it looks like the same action You are now coming from a place of choice and that place of choice is the energy of self-empowerment. Would you be willing to love yourself enough to give yourself that space?
